A few areas that define the Denver Metro Market:
Cherry Creek: This is the premier retail, restaurant and mixed used area, just 5 minutes from downtown Denver.
CBD (Central Business District): This area is considered a part of downtown Denver, but consists of more traditional office high-rise buildings. It is connected to LoDo by the 16th Street pedestrian walk and free trolley.
LODO: This area is the city’s birth place. It’s known for its historic brick buildings and charming character. LoDo consists of a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, shops, and businesses as well as the new Union Station redevelopment which will bring together many different modes of transportation along with new private development, to create a bustling urban center.
Denver Tech Center: Located about 20 minutes south of downtown Denver, the DTC has many high rise office buildings. The DTC is connected by the light rail and I-25 and I-225, so it has great access to the Denver International Airport.
