Pamela Parasugo, Vice President

Pamela Parasugo joined the New York office of Howard Ecker + Company in 2010, specializing in representing corporate tenants in commercial lease transactions.

Parasugo worked for nine years at Tishman Speyer, one of the leading owners, developers and operators of first-class real estate in the world. Parasugo is familiar with both the Chicago and New York commercial markets. As such, she acted as the owner’s representative in Chicago, leasing several Class A office properties downtown, and as the New York Asset manager of a 13 million square foot office portfolio including iconic properties such as 200 Park Avenue, The MetLife Building and Chrysler Center.

Parasugo spent six years as a member of Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Services Group prior to working at Tishman Speyer. Her background not only provides for a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and local market, but allows her the unique perspective of understanding how landlords think about a transaction.

Parasugo graduated with a B.S. in Accounting from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
