Solveig Lawrence joined Howard Ecker + Company in 2008 to head the Denver office. She specializes in representing corporate tenants in commercial office lease transactions, and corporate build-to-suit projects.

While attending the University of Denver, Ms. Lawrence developed an interest in the real estate industry at age 19 which evolved into buying and selling real estate in the Denver market producing successful returns on her investments. Soon after college, she moved to New York to work for IMG marketing sports and entertainment. In 2004, her passion in real estate brought her back to Denver to sell residential real estate for Coldwell Banker Devonshire.

Ms. Lawrence serves as a board member for the Denver Art Museum Contemporaries.

Ms. Lawrence has a B.S./B.A. in International Business and Marketing from the University of Denver.
